GENERAL

I draw semi-realistic/fantasy portraits & illustrations - from simple sketches to full renders.

All commissions are digital (JPG by default; other formats by request) with a possibility to purchase a print from my shop (A5, A4 or A3 paper and in some cases tote-bags and stickers).

I don't draw:

• mecha, complicated armor/weapons, highly detailed and complicated backgrounds
• extreme fetishes, NSFW of minors, real people without permission and non-constent themes
• mimicking other people's artstyles

I'm ok with mild NSFW, especially tasteful and sensual. Also artistic nudity.

My commissions are hosted on VGen and so are the payments.

PAYMENTS

Upfront (or split payments for €120+ orders: 50% to start, 50% between first WIP and final delivery).

Milestones with more complicated and multiple commissions are available.

Chargebacks after approving the first WIP = blacklist. I keep proof of work.

WORKFLOW

Request accepted → Payment.

First WIP sent → 48h to reply (no response = auto-approve).

Free revisions (if needed) → Second payment for split/add-ons.

More WIPs (I’ll check in!) → Final delivery.

Optional: live-drawing on discord VC (it makes work way quicker).

Timeline from first sketching to final usually lasts 2-6 days, depending on complexity.

REVISIONS

Free at sketching phase.

After first approval:

- minor tweaks - free

- a LOT of minor tweaks - might be +10% or a big tip later

- major redraws and changing ideas (changing colors at rendering process, new pose, etc.) - +50 to even 100% of original price

Please don't be scared to discuss about the project. I'm doing it for you to be happy with the art piece, so don't be quiet if something is wrong!

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

There's quite a range of what I offer and so is time needed for every piece. Also I'm no-AI real artist with small business doing my best, so sometimes I need more time to work on some projetcs.

I can deliver some projects (headshots and sketches mostly) in days from the start, but to be safe, and because some bigger projects including multiple characters, details and much more effort, sometimes take me up to couple months untill I can start and finish it in a 3-6 days, for rendered pieces I'm setting 6-month turnaround, 3-month for monochrome sketches and monthly for simple sketches. I'll try my best to finish everything asap but it's safe to set the delivery for the last week before set deadline.

Rush fee - If you're short on time, please ask first, because I might be too.

Final files will be stored for 1 year. Resending fee is €5. Resending with cropping - €10 or more of I need to add background because of the sizing.

USE

Private use - no profit, no commecial use, 0 fee

Commercial use (all set individually, especially with indie authors)

• +25% or more for non/low-profit use like non-commercial book/game character visualisation, low-volume non-profit printed gifts and freebies, NPCs and PCs for RPG campaign streaming.
• +50% or more for semi-commercial use like non/low-profit print or digital use for promotion and marketing purposes, low-profit streaming elements.
• +100-200% or more for full commercial use like book covers, book illustrations and elements, streaming elements and other profitable use.
• Copyright Transfer not available for this moment

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I keep copyright with both private and commercial commissions. Copyright transfer is not available at this moment, but I'm open to DMs.

I have the right to display WIPs, timelapses and (watermarked) art in my portfolio/socials; please ask to be @. I can postpone it or not post at all if there's a request for that, but fee might apply.

REFUNDS

Before first WIP - 50% refund (please be sure before commissioning me. Refund neefs to be 50% because I still need to pay taxes from paid commissions and all the transaction fees on the way)

After approving first WIP - refunds are unavailable

Canceling on my side - full refund + emotional damage compensation (jk… unless?).

COMMUNICATION

Preferred - VGen

Fastest with more options but also more yapping - discord (invite link in bio or DMs)

Feels professional, but makes me a tiny bit uncomfortable - email

Also possible, but might miss them - social media (bsky, instagram, tiktok, tumblr)

In case of any harassment or crossing my boundaries - block and blacklist
